Preregistration Form for Counselor Camp

Form to hold place in program.

Welcome to Counselor Camp 2008:  Old Wisdom, New Practices!

We are currently accepting preregistrations for this upcoming conference.  There are several steps to the registration process:

1.  Submit this pre-registration form.

2.  Submit payment to reserve your spot.   Payments can be made by check to:  Registrar, Rite of Passage Journeys, 22401 39th Ave SE Bothell, WA 98021, or via credit card (425) 485-7396.  Your spot is now reserved. 

3.  Upon receipt of completed preregistration, we will email you a confirmation.

4.  We will contact you one month before the conference with complete information on the gathering.

Again, preregistration is not complete until we have received your payment. 

In the case of cancellation more than one month before the program, program tuition minus deposit will be refunded.  If a participant withdraws after the start of a program, no refund will be issued.  In some cases, credit towards a future program will be allowed.
